He spent an hour evaluating my routines and how I used the equipment, and revealed a level of fitness insight and whole-body approach I hadn’t come across before. It didn’t take long to realise I needed some personal training guidance. The next day I booked him for sessions. I’d missed boxing pad work, so I asked him to include that within the comprehensive program he’d outlined, with an emphasis on cardiovascular fitness and improving muscle definition.
